DELIVERY
Once we have received your payment, we will despatch your order within 2-3 working days.
To guarantee safe delivery, all our UK orders are sent by Signed Delivery by either Royal Mail or Evri.
A signature will be required so please ensure there is someone available to receive your goods, otherwise a calling card will be left and it will be your responsibility to collect from the local depot.
If a product is out of stock, leave your email to be notified when it is back in stock.
Postage and packing costs for deliveries are added to each order at a cost of £4.95.
Spend over £50 to benefit from free delivery. Excludes items which are labelled 'Collect only'
We regret we are only able to handle UK mainland deliveries at this time.

RETURNS
We hope you love your Chalk order as much as we do, but if you are not happy with your purchase for any reason, please notify us in writing within 7 days of delivery. We will send you the return address via email and then you must return the goods in their original packaging within 28 days.
Please ensure your return items are returned in the condition that you receive them in, with the original packaging. We recommend you return items via Royal Mail Special Delivery to ensure safe delivery. You will be responsible for paying the returns postage costs you incur.
We cannot accept responsibility for any goods that are lost in transit. Please retain the tracking number in case there is problem.
Upon receipt, a refund of the item (not including postage) will be processed. Please allow up to 5 days for the refund to be completed and up to 7 days for it to appear in your account.
Confirmation of the refund will be to you sent via e-mail.
